Terms of use
Updated: September 30, 2026
MainTable.app is a free application for collectible card games. These terms govern its use and will be updated as features become available.
1. Publisher and hosting
MainTable.app is published by WIZCARD EI, the business of Sébastien MANGIN, who is responsible for publication, at 1 rue du Château, 02250 Marle, France. SIRET: 979 016 086 00014; Saint-Quentin trade register A 979 016 086. Publisher website: wizcard.fr. Contact: [email protected]. The site is hosted by OVHcloud / OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Cloudflare also provides domain delivery and protection services.
2. Free service
The service lets players create accounts, prepare decks and, when the relevant features become available, create or join tables to play online. Features still in development are identified in the interface. The application is free: creating an account and using available features requires no payment or subscription.
3. User accounts
An account requires a unique username, a valid email address and a password. The address is confirmed with a six-digit code. Users must provide accurate information and keep their login details confidential. They can sign out at any time and request account deletion by email. Any unauthorized use of an account should be reported as soon as possible.
4. Conduct and content
Each user is responsible for their messages, images, decks, gameplay choices and other content or conduct. Users must respect other players and avoid unlawful, harassing, threatening or discriminatory content, or content that infringes others’ rights. They must not disrupt the service, bypass its protections or impersonate someone else. Before uploading material, users must have the necessary rights. Card game trademarks, text and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Reports and moderation
Players may report abusive conduct, content or use of the service by email at any time. Where possible, a report should identify the account, table or game concerned, the date and the observed facts, without sending unnecessary sensitive data. Wizcard reviews reports and may remove content, restrict access or suspend an account as appropriate. A decision may be challenged through the same contact. Immediate danger should also be reported to the relevant authorities.
Report abuse6. Responsibilities
Users are responsible for their own actions and content. To the extent permitted by law, Wizcard is not responsible for conduct, statements or content posted by third parties. Reporting an issue allows the publisher to review it and take action when required. Wizcard aims to keep the service accessible and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of incidents. These terms do not exclude any liability imposed on the publisher by law.
7. Personal data and security
Wizcard EI processes the data needed for accounts and the service: username, email address, password stored as a non-reversible hash, chosen language, account status and proof of acceptance of these terms. Depending on the features used, decks, tables, games, actions and content may also be stored. Passwords and activation codes are stored as hashes; exchanges with the site use HTTPS. Activation codes expire after fifteen minutes. This does not mean that the entire database is encrypted at rest. OVHcloud provides hosting, Cloudflare protects and delivers the site, and Gmail sends activation codes.
8. Retention and user rights
In the live database, an unactivated account is deleted after 30 days, and an active account after two years without activity, except where a legal obligation or dispute requires temporary retention. Account deletion includes the user’s decks and the games played at tables they joined, including other players’ game history at those tables. Users may request deletion by email. The privacy notice describes backup rotation and the periods still to be confirmed, including for copies and technical logs. Users may request access to, correction or deletion of their data and exercise other applicable rights by contacting Wizcard. They may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

These terms may be updated as MainTable.app evolves. Important changes will be presented to users before they apply. For questions about the service, data or these terms, contact Wizcard at the address above.
